Indications
CLAVUMOX is indicated for the treatment of the following infections in adults and children:
- acute bacterial sinusitis (appropriately diagnosed) -
- acute otitis media
- superinfection of chronic bronchitis (appropriately diagnosed)
- acute community
- acquired pneumonia -
- susceptible cystitis
- susceptible pyelonephritis
- skin and soft tissue infections, especially cellulitis, animal bites, severe dental abscess with spreading cellulitis
- bone and joint infections. Consideration should be given to official recommendations on the appropriate use of antibacterial agents.
