The benefit on other<br \/>\nparameters ( stopping evolution of the ulcer, duration of the pain)<br \/>\ncould not be put in evidence with statistically significant manner<br \/>\nin all studies.<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of genital Herpes simplex virus and eventual ulterior<br \/>\nrecurrences.<br \/>\nBecause of its mode of action, aciclovir does not eradicate latent<br \/>\nviruses.
